Painless computerized anesthesia, Dr. Alina Dima, Periodontology Specialist, Neoclinique
Today, everyday dental services are promised without pain.
At Neoclinique we can not imagine 2017 dentistry otherwise than without pain!
But what this actually means?
For most doctors, it still means giving the patient an anesthesia with a classic metal syringe fitted with a needle.
It is known that any sting, regardless of the needle, causes pain and increases the anxiety of the already scared patient that has come to the dentist.
At Neoclinique, to provide 100% painless experience, we now use STA computerized anesthesia.
What is the advantage?
We eliminate the pain and the general fear of the patients for the needle and injection.
We do not use the syringe but an absolutely innovative technology that involves adapting to a computerized machine a very delicate system of administration of the anesthetic substance.
The system inserts a drop of anesthetic every 2 seconds, so the tissues doesn't stretch under pressure and doesn't cause pain.
With STA I often have had the surprise to be asked by my patients "but when are you doing the anesthesia?" Or "aa, have you already done the anesthesia? I didn't feel anything ... ", although the anesthesia had been installed.
And the most beautiful testimonial was from a patient who told me that I cured her fear for dentist for good using this type of anesthesia.
The STA system is beneficial not only because it does not cause pain but also because we have the possibility to anesthetize strictly the tooth we want to work on.
We avoid unnecessary anesthesia of neighboring areas and eliminate that unpleasant sensation of half-faint face that we feel after a classic anesthesia.
Any patient who has received STA anesthesia may go to work, meetings, mealtimes or any other social context without feeling embarrassed and apologizing for being in the dentist.
Since 2016 we have been using this anesthetic system exclusively because we want all our patients to trust with the medical services we offer and for they to benefit at the highest level.
We gave up the old metal syringe to bring comfort and relaxation in the lives of our patients.
Therefore at Neoclinique we use advanced technologies and the latest generation, including for anesthesia, and this technology is called today STA!
